OUR TASMANIAN SINGLE MALT WHISKIES
Established in 2015, Spirit Thief has emerged as one of Australia’s prestige, wine-cask matured single malt whiskies, awarded for both its exceptional quality liquid and brand presentation. The company set out to bring the two worlds of fine wine and super premium whisky together in a new way that highlights the strengths of both Tasmanian industries, to create a refined and elegant single malt.
By using varietal specific, toasted and charred red wine casks, such as shiraz, cabernet and grenache, for full maturation, Spirit Thief proudly creates global award-winning whiskies that are quintessentially Tasmanian and unique.
