From Scotland to New Zealand and across the seas to Tasmania, we have selected the distillery spirit and the barrels based on their flavour profiles and characteristics that we admire. They are charting a course for our future direction and have inspired us in the selection of our wine varietal casks from tempranillo to shiraz, mattaro to grenache and beyond.
