This limited edition series of Spirit Thief single malt whisky celebrates our exploration of some of the world’s rarest red wine matured whiskies from award-winning distinguished distilleries around the globe. 

From Scotland to New Zealand and across the seas to Tasmania, we have selected the distillery spirit and the barrels based on their flavour profiles and characteristics that we admire. They are charting a course for our future direction and have inspired us in the selection of our wine varietal casks from tempranillo to shiraz, mattaro to grenache and beyond. 

Inspired by the skills founded in traditions honed by the generations before us, our whisky relies on collaboration; we are artful, but repentant; there is always honour among thieves. Spirit Thief is honoured to present this unique, limited edition series of single malt whisky.
