RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
This refund policy governs the manner in which we will consider a refund and the terms and conditions to do so. This policy applies to members of the Vanguard Club and the customers of Spirit Thief Distilling Co.
At Spirit Thief, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and we do everything we can to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.
The Spirit Thief returns policy is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We offer a 7 day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen and in its original packaging and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To refund an item to Spirit Thief, you must have purchased it online via our website. Spirit Thief is not responsible for the cost of returning the package for a refund and we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the products were damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Once your product has been open, you are unable to return it if you change your mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product via our website at www.spiritthief.com.au
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
